Overview
We understand that plans change. SpeedFix Appliances asks for reasonable notice when you need to cancel or reschedule so we can accommodate other customers in need of service.
- Cancellation
To cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (346) 824-5642 as soon as possible. We are available 7 days a week.
We ask for at least 2 hours notice before your scheduled appointment when possible. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer who needs service. - Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at any time by calling or texting (346) 824-5642. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time, subject to availability.
Same-day rescheduling is available based on technician availability. We will always try to find a solution that works for you. - If You Are Not Home
If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and no one is available to provide access, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, the technician may need to leave and the visit will be rescheduled.
Please ensure that a responsible adult (18+) is present during the service visit. - SpeedFix Cancellations
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to:
• Technician illness or emergency
• Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
• Unexpected delay on a prior job
We will notify you as early as possible and make rescheduling our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. - Same-Day Appointments
For same-day appointments, please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to adjust accordingly.
